Once the payment is made then the item(instant coffee, Beaten coffee etc) will be shipped within 24 hours. The details of the shipment like the tracking number or the reference number will be provided via email or over the mobile phone. 

It is mandatory to submit the mobile number for the shipping so that the courier person can reach you for the delivery of the product.

Once the product is shipped it can not be canceled.

If the wrong item is dispatched then the item will be returned and will be re-dispatched free of cost
